It s a room not even a guest house ,no sevices no open air lobies as neightbours hotels on the first floor ,no safe box etc ...

It was clean and comfortable....a short walk to the beach and shops etc and a short ride to the main attraction areas of Pattaya and Jumptien beach...but at the same time the area was nice and quiet at night while it still had plenty of shops...food restaraunts/masssage/clothes/ stores etc all within a close walking distance of the hotel which all opened until late so we were never board or short of anything we needed. We also felt safe at all times which was a bonus...and the staff were very helpful
it was all ok ..particularly as the prices were so good as well

Room has large space and is located along the seaside.
Room is not that clean, also very far from Pattaya Seaside.The receptionist can hardly communicate in English.
